Nicole Gillott is the founder of Can't Stop. Won't Stop. Foundation, an organization dedicated to advocating for the neurodiverse and acquired neurodiverse communities. She is also the daughter of Tom Gillott, a self-taught woodcarver whose craft has left a lasting impact on her life and the community. Nicole’s journey of resilience and determination began after a massive stroke left her in a coma. Upon waking, she was fueled with an unwavering determination to recover and reclaim her life.
Before the stroke, Nicole had always been surrounded by her father’s art, including the unique wood carvings that he meticulously created throughout his life. While the Gillott family never displayed his collection, the legacy of his work, especially his hand-turned wooden bowls, became a symbol of creativity and perseverance. In honor of her father’s passion, Nicole’s recovery journey led her to the creation of Nicole's Bowls, a tribute to both her father’s work and her own commitment to recovery.
Alongside her personal journey, Nicole has embraced her role at Averitt Distributing, the company that gave her the opportunity to rebuild her professional life post-stroke. Her strength, tenacity, and vision have driven her to launch her foundation, which promotes Inclusive Wellness and offers support and resources for those navigating neurodiversity.
Through Can't Stop. Won't Stop., Nicole’s mission is to uplift and empower individuals in the neurodiverse community, ensuring that wellness and inclusion are accessible to all.

Brenda Gillott was the definition of strength and perseverance. As a grocery store checker, she worked tirelessly to support her family, never letting long hours or tough days break her spirit. She made sure they had what we needed. But more than that, she taught me something priceless: to lift others up & how to believe in myself. Her confidence in me became the root of my own, and that seed grew into the mission of our Can’t Stop. Won’t Stop. Foundation — a reminder that when you believe in yourself, you tap into your true power. We are powerful. We keep going.
